Skills :
• Prime responsibility of this role is to complete Test Execution for a defined module or a product.
• Develop test cases and identifynd report bugs.
• This role has three levels. L1 is entry level position, incumbent is responsible for Test Execution.
• Developing tes cases (manual/ automated) as per defined guidelines and escalate the blocking issues appropritely to the lead or test manager.

Roles and Responsibilities : Testing Concepts-L1,

Skill & Job Requirements :
• Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, applyand maintain quality standards for company products.
• Develops and executessoftware test plans.
• Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures.
• Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modificationof software.
• Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality andrecommends corrective action.
• Consults with development engineers inresolution of problems.
• Works on problems of limited scope, through usage ofstandard programming concepts and principles.
• Works under high supervision/guidance with frequent review of accomplished objectives.
• Expected to learn onthe job towards developing domain knowledge along with technical/ proprietaryskills.
